Mike and crew helped us out following the July floods, which affected our basement. They were quick to get the ball rolling and completed a full renovation of our basement flooring and walls. Everything was done with great attention to detail and all crew that worked on it were on time, polite and ensured we were happy with their work. We are very happy with the results and happy to be enjoying our basement again! Thanks guys!
Mike did some handyman work for me shortly after moving into my new place. He was quick to respond to my requests, worked around my timeline & pricing was more than fair. I would use MHR again for any small or large projects in the future & have recommended them to others.
Terrible experience with Mike’s group. Built a fence gate and garden structure. The gate has been defective since day 1 when completed in July 2023. We have been promised a new gate but nothing yet. No return of our requests or replies. Paid a high price for the work which was not satisfactory. Had to request a comeback to clean the are also. Here is a picture I would not recommend him ever
Mike's team undertook a reno of the ensuite to our master bedroom. Quality of the work was very good. Nice attention to details and great recommendations as well. Excellent value overall.
Mike & team renovated my primary bathroom and kitchen. I appreciated the transparency in the quote (including costs of supplies). I was impressed with how clean the team left the rest of the house each day during the reno, navigated COVID-related supply delays and helped work with a supplier when it looked like my dream countertop wasn’t going to work. Mike is responsive via text/phone for any concerns and the whole team is really friendly. I’d gladly have Mike back for other work in the home when the time comes.
I used Mike’s for kitchen backsplash. They were amazing right from helping select tile, to install, to keeping the kitchen clean as they worked all the way to the finished job. I was at work on the final day and came home to an amazing kitchen that feels completely brand new!!
Mike needs to learn how to communicate better with clients. When you tell a client that you will get back to them the next day do it! I have contacted Mike twice now and both times he said he would get back to me and never did.
