I enjoyed this refresher training a lot. The instructor Taneesh Chauhan was very knowledgeable. He presented all topics with great enthusiasm. He eagerly involved all students in bilateral conversations. Overall, I was very satisfied with thus training. Thanks Taneesh !!
I had a really great experience attending the First Aid Emergency Training. I learned a lot of valuable skills that will be essential not only in our workplace but also in everyday life. Our instructor, Catherine Lashko, was highly engaging and shared many real-life scenarios that made the training even more impactful. We’ve even decided to have some of our staff members enroll in this course as well.
Working at heights corse with Instructor T.Chauhan. From people that have taken the training many times to the fist timers he was explaining things at al levels for all of us to be able to learn the training.Good Work Thanks
Patrick Neary comes across as very knowledgeable and well‑versed in Red Cross protocols. His explanations of when and how to do CPR, use an AED, treat burns, choking, bleeding etc., are clear, logical, and backed with practical insight. He uses plain language, which helps even those with no prior medical background follow along easily.
I thought our instructor Adrian was great at highlighting the most important things to remember to keep safe when working at heights and to make sure that everyone around us is safe as well. He made sure that we moved through the material at the appropriate pace to be finished on time but also made sure that we had appropriately timed breaks throughout the day. I thought the course material was well organized and well presented. I came away with a much higher appreciation for the importance of practicing behaviors that aim to keep the highest standard of safety when at work, and for how critical it is that everyone from management to the worker do the same to maintain a work culture that keeps everyone safe!
Worksite Safety team has been professional, welcoming and knowledgeable. I took my refresher course in the Burington Centre and I was extremely impressed by classes and curriculum setup. even registration process and follow up, Check-in system made it very convenient for taking the course beside the busy work schedule. The instructor- "Mr. Patrick" was friendly, experienced and knowledgeable.
The majority of WAH workers don't use a dual lanyard. I've never even seen one outside of a WAH class and I've been a plumber/pipefitter for over two decades. The practical portion of the update course is unrealistic in a typical real-world application. The WAH course would fit much better into a practical application of typical work duties if trainees had the opportunity to physically perform a procedure for working on an actual scissor lift or other EWP.
