I just got my Miyabi knives sharpened by Sam. He did it quickly and his prices are very fair. If you need your knives sharpened, don't bother with anyone else, call Sam and get it done. Fantastic service in downtown Burlington.
Sam was great to deal with and not only sharpened all of my kitchen knives exceptionally well, but fixed the tip of my pocket knife by grinding it down creating a nice curved edge, I thought I was going to have to replace it, but it looks great now! Highly recommend Sam and his services!
Great service. Just call for an appointment drop off, and 30 mins later, sharp knives. Wish I had done it sooner. Reasonably priced. If you have decent quality knives, do yourself a favor and get them sharpened properly.
Took 6 of my parent's old knives to get them sharpened as a surprise while they were away in vacation. Paid 40 bucks and half an hour later the knives turned out razer sharp! Highly recommend Sam's service since he is friendly, passionate and most importantly, skilled!
