Went to this UPS Store to drop off an Amazon return. A gentleman told me I had to pay $5 just to stick the label on the box. Very disappointing customer service. Won’t be coming back.
Recently had UPS print magazines for my business. I can’t believe the impeccable quality and speedy delivery of under 5 business days. Everywhere else was weeks lead time and twice the price. Highly recommend
Returning equipment was free, yet I was hit with a random charge and treated with outright hostility. The dismissive finger-wave was bad enough, but the attitude had an ugly edge that genuinely felt biased-skin color. Terrible place and an even worse manager.
I am so grateful to the friendly staff at this location They connect with you right away without sales pressure I have used a different chain for my Printing, which is currently moving location so I started doing my printing at this UPS store It is now where I do my weekly print work… because the staff were so helpful that I’m quite confident and efficient with my Printing order now I particularly appreciate that they keep their Printing machines in good condition with fresh pigments Well, done See you soon Jenni
Excellent customer service from Tiffany at the UPS store on Fairview and Maple Mews. She was extremely helpful solving a delivery issue with UPS and actually called me twice to confirm the situation was resolved!! This level of customer service is rare today! 5 stars!!
