Nice arena but they need more than one bottle filling station. An automatic one would be nice, not one you have to hold a button down to fill your bottles. Takes a long time when you have 17 to.donas a trainer.

My son and I recently joined Marvel Hockey 5v5, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The program itself was organized, competitive, and a great way for my son to build his skills and confidence on the ice over the summer. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service and support from Natalie! She was always friendly, service with a smile, and took the time to answer my many questions. She helped us get started, but she also gave me clear, helpful information about future programs for my son who is new to hockey. Her positive attitude and genuine care in his development made all the difference to us. Thanks Natalie, I’m confident we’ll be sticking with Marvel Hockey for upcoming summers and will participate in other programs throughout the year. She truly went above and beyond, Highly recommend!

Natalie is the most positive person I've encountered in my experience with youth hockey. She has organized an exceptional 3v3 Summer Hockey program which hands down has been a fantastic success. She is always there to assist with any concerns and is very prompt to reply with any questions 7 days a week. I would highly recommend any of her upcoming programs she is involved with in the future. Her due diligence is over the top!

Lovely space for a kids birthday party. Can watch rink from party room. Bar and food upstairs. Learn to skate lessons were well run and enjoyed by the kids.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We signed our preschooler up for their "Learn to Skate" program. The website description says: "Professionally Certified Coaches with their Trained Instructors, teach children skating skills using toys, music and games." First class: no toys, no music, no games, kids are supposed to jump on the ice, with the helper bars, no instructions. Two teenagers and one older woman. Most of the kids were crying. There is absolutely no structure for them. My little one left after 15 minutes, the instructor simply brought him back out of the ice with a "here you go, go to mom". We asked for a partial refund since it was not adequate for us, they said no, the amount can be used as credit. Credit for what if the program is terrible? I am a part of many different parents groups in town and I will make sure to tell others to stay away from this place. Not professional or flexible at all. Do not recommend for little ones.

Great place for kids to learn to play hockey. And the adults do not have to sit out and freeze as there is a comfortable Iounge with a decent menu and libation with excellent viewing areas

Ice is always too soft and thin. You can see the concrete though the ice. The lines are almost never repainted more than once a year. They disappear fast.Edit- Since writing this review, Pub21 is the new bar at the arena. There is now a decent selection of beer and the usual pub-fare. Service is good as well.

Stay away from Jr Cougar Tier 1 Program if you are expecting a higher level of hockey. Inept Management who could care a less as to what is best for your child after you pay their fees. Take your money and hold you prisoner in their system. Very dissatisfied .

Awesome hidden arena with great learn to skate classes for the little ones in your family. The ratios are way better than community centres and the teachers really take the time to help out or focus on each kid's skills or problem areas. I have seen tremendous improvement on my 5y.o.'s skating ability. He is even skating backwards, jumping, stopping and turning already after 3 classes. The season runs 10-11 classes and I can't be any happier with the prices. We will definitely keep coming here. There are many scheduled classes, leagues and various ages as well. The only issue I'd say is the orientation and welcoming for the first few classes was a bit cumbersome as we didn't know where to go or look and there wasn't anyone directing or any signs really telling us where to go. Just asked around. But would be helpful if for the first few classes they put signs or easier to follow directions for the newbies rather than be expected to know how things happen here.

Horrible lighting for the ice surfaces makes the rink feel full and gloomy. A couple of the changerooms are ridiculously small. Needs an injection of money to be brought up to standards...
