This was a hidden gem for us as we had no idea it existed! I needed a last minute dinner reservation on Friday and randomly came across this restaurant...what a find! Literally everything on their menu was amazing! Katie was a rockstar in service and at explaining every dish we received. The atmosphere was comfortable and unassuming for the caliber of food. There were 3 of us and we ordered the seafood tower, kobe beef (which they are only 1 out of 16 restaurants in Canada who are licensed) and wagyu. Then we had dessert. OMG. The chocolate lava cake was not only delicious but the presentation was beautiful. All in all, we'll be back soon....Not a michelin star restaurant yet...but no doubt, perhaps in the near future :)
I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for amazing food and even better service. I took my girlfriend the other day and our server Lefty was just spectacular. Made us feel super welcomed and took care of us the whole night. Food was made to perfection especially my ribeye. We will be back!
A truly elevated Happy Hour experience. We were greeted with a personalized reservation note. The room is modern with dark wood , leather and softer lounge lighting. The open kitchen is lit up but the buzz is more like a play than a music video…interesting but not distracting. The music in the lounge is a bit on the louder side but it does keep conversations private. Our food was excellent steak house quality. Superb warm yet professional service. I would highly recommend the Happy Hour experience on its own for a relaxed early evening out or as a prelude to a quieter romantic evening.
Very knowledgeable staff, Went for happy hour but ended up ordering the Wagyu sampler Server was thoroughly able to explain all the dishes we ordered Personally the happy hour oysters were in our opinion tastier than the more "high end"oysters, we ordered 24 of each between two people and both came to the same conclusion Shucking/cleaning process could be a bit better we kept getting hard/grainy bits in almost every oyster
Just left the restaurant, this is our first and last visit. Very small portions and outrageously over priced. Tab was $400.00 + tip for 2 people. Like other reviews on here, they were "sold out" of king crab. A surf and turf was subsituted with a tiny, overcooked lobster tail. I could have ordered a steak and lobster tail individually and paid much less than the surf and turf they substituted. SCAM. They do not complete at all against Jake's Boathouse. We regret not going there instead. In fact, we tried to get a reservation there after the disappointing appetizers but they were fully booked. The service was good, and she was friendly but very in our face. She kept interupting us every 10 minutes the entire visit. Extremely annoying! The place was 25% full on a Saturday night. A clear indication of what patrons think of the cost vs value. Save your money, this place was a complete rip off!
I LOVE PRIME!!! Great food and amazing service. I will be going back as often as possible. If you have not been here, you have been missing out. This is one of my new favourite restaurants.❤️❤️
Celebrate my friend birthday at the prime steak and raw bar. I gave it 10/10 Food was top notch Chef kisses. Service was great. I will definitely return.
