Great place to Shopify you have a Longos cars. Also, they have birthday parties here?! Had no idea but think the idea is super cool. The loft . Neat idea
Always great service here. We had such a lovely person serve us from the deli last night. Her name was Theresa. She was so kind! She also really knew her stuff!
Everything about this store is great until you get to the self-checkout. Twice now I’ve needed help because the machine is not the best compared to other supermarkets, and there is a staff member who is not pleasant to customers. Next time I’ll use the regular cashier, or I guess I could go to Farm Boy. Not doing self-checkout again at Longos.
Store ran out of an advertised item in the flyer, first workday of the week, but to counter that shortcoming, very helpful accommodating staff - thank you Ethan and Elena!
I went here to order a birthday cake and it was not a good experience. There were two people in the cake counter and one person said their printer used for making cake prints is not working so they cannot make any cakes that require a print. While discussing the options, the other person came and said the printer should be working and they should be able to make the cake I wanted. So I said I want to order the cake and they started taking the order. However while this was happening another person came and told that they cannot make any prints so they cannot make the cake I wanted. It looked like most of them at the cake counter don’t know what is happening and what types of cakes they can and cannot make. I felt that they don’t want to take these types of cake orders for some reason and they were not sure about any of the questions I asked about the cake. I ended up not ordering as I was not sure what type of cake they can make for me. And to be clear this is not a super custom cake that I wanted to order, it was just something from their own catalogue of cakes. They were not that friendly either and it felt like I was begging them to make something they didn’t want to make. There are plenty of other places around to order similar cakes, so hopefully I will not have to go here for cakes again.
Great fruit and vegetables, I trust buying their meats. Alway very friendly staff
Ok so a few days ago i decided to switch things up and go to this longoz instead of my good ol metro. So when i first walked in i headed strait to the computers. Not to mention it took like 15 mins before anybody approached me. Lastly i would like to say that the peanut butter was in the freezer.
Good selection on salad bar. Expensive to shop. Was not impressed by the prepackage they offered for food bank. Not good value for money
I love the salad bar here! Great for quick lunches.
I do not visit here often but you can find the best service in town; High quality products. Costs a little higher but I find it worth it.
