Absolute waste of time coming here. Came to return a BNIB phone I ordered online. Spoke with customer service who said to return it at your closest Koodo store. Arrived on a late Sunday afternoon. One associate working. An elderly couple are basically asking the associate on how to use a smart phone 101- the most basic Q's. After 20min this continues on "How do I get out of this screen?" "How do I get the main menu/out of settings?" "How do you put this [phone protector] on?- Can you put on the phone protector for me?" .. Sure it's nice the associate was helping this couple figure out their phone but he should have politely excused himself for a second to ask what I needed as well as the next customer who had come in but nope.. I had to walk up after 25min to ask to be served. After waiting for nearly half hour I was told returns had to be at select stores and he couldn't assist.
