I had an issue with the truck cap I bought at a sister store in Missisauga. The screws in the back window had fallen out letting water inside the cap the other store were giving me the runaround I went to this location showed the owner and with out asking he fixed the issue I highly recommend this Location
Spoke with Paul on the phone and decided to go to the store and see the products for our Truck. We met Paul and his Son at Line-X for the first time today and found both very knowledgeable about the products they sell. They do an amazing job. They remove all hardware and bed accessories. Not just tape them up and spray. This is exactly what you want and the proper way it should be done. If you ever had to remove the bed you won’t need to dig out fastener and you won’t tear the liner.
I had a problem with my RAM 1500 cover not opening properly. Line-X was recommended to visit to have it fixed. The gentleman behind the counter came out and administered the repair. He spent good half an hour disassembling the cover and doing all the necessary repairs. I was impressed with his willingness to help the swift and professional service they provided.
