Very bad experience. They are not good people not honest they rob me my truck was under warranty just couple of thousand kilometres. I took my truck there they just clear the codes and charge me $559 and give me the reason that those are not under warranty. I will not go back there and advise everyone don’t go there they will rob your hard earned money.
Don’t bother with this place because they never get back to you essentially the Indian guy who is rude and does know much about anything.Guys go to traction in Cambridge and speak to mike way better deals and service
Very bad experience they are not honest at all they told me about my problem. Which the problem was going to cost me over $2000 but I took my truck out of there took it to different mechanic shop I end up fixing the problem for only $120 only. Also they have no real mechanics only apprentice are working there they have no clue what they are doing.
Rip offs. I called them for diagnostics they said they charge one hour but when i picked up my truck they charged me two hours. Very mean people specifically the lady in front. Will never go again my self will not recommend anyone as well. Mechanic told me something different from people in service thats why i took my truck from them.
I would have to say, without a doubt, the best truck centre around. The staff are great, the service is great and they are not out to waste your money. Good honest service.
This place will replace parts not needed to be replaced by none qualified mechanics if you wanna be overcharged go to this place terrible service. Your problem will not be solved basically they have licence to steal money from customers ask them for your old parts when they service your truck because you are getting billed for things that they don’t even do good luck if you bring your truck here. This is a serious review I can provide anyone that asks before going here invoices of things replaced that were not involving the problem. I have now taken my truck elsewhere.
Edit: they're not open Saturdays anymore. Didnt bother to change their posted hours though. Real pro move guys. Need service on your International Truck?
