Best tire shop in town. I had a great experience installing and balancing my Mustang’s winter tires this Monday. Fast, reliable, and fairly priced. The staff took care of everything promptly, and within 40 minutes all four tires were installed. No hassle, no unnecessary waiting for one or two hours they even placed my old tires in plastic bags. The owner was also kind and honest in all explanations asked. Forget Canadian Tire or Mr. Lube. Don’t waste your valuable time.
I highly recommend Used Tire!! I’ve been a customer here for a while and I’m never disappointed. They are fair and honest with quotes and pricing and are always quick and efficient with getting the job done. I just had my snows put on and had a slow leak in one of my summer tires. They found a nail in the tire, plugged it so it was ready for next year and didn’t charge me for it. Above all, staff is amazing! So friendly and just good people….they just feel like family. Love everything about this place!!!

I bought a set of Pirellis from Randall in August 2025, and when it came time to swap to my winter tires, I couldn’t get the lug nuts off two of the wheels. I called Randall to explain the situation and mentioned that I thought the lug nuts might have been over-torqued. He mentioned that everything is hand torqued. Even though it was the busy winter tire-change season, he didn’t hesitate, he told me to bring the car in the next day at 2 PM. When I arrived, Randall came out right away, inspected the wheels, and said he’d take a look. The car went into the shop, and about half an hour later he came back to show me that the lug nuts were actually swollen and needed to be replaced. He went ahead and completed the work and even put on my winter tires when all I originally needed was for the lug nuts to be loosened so I could finish the job at home. After everything was done, he simply said “keys are in the car, tire pressures are all checked and good, you’re good to go.” When I asked how much I owed, he told me not to worry about it. Outstanding service, especially during such a busy season. You’ve got my business for life. Thanks, Randall!
My tire had a slow leak, so I took my vehicle to Used Tires. Even though they were super busy with customers getting snow tires installed, Randall fit me in and I had a repaired tire within the hour. Great service.
Went in Saturday to buy snow tires but they were obviously busy so made an appointment for first thing Tuesday morning which isn’t ideal because I work nights but I woke up two hours early to go in only to find out they sold the tires I put aside and didn’t have any other ones in that size. Just said sorry there’s nothing we can do. Didn’t take my number or offer any solutions for me. I get mistakes happen but then you should as a company try to make the situation right. So after posting my review the owner and manager went out of their way to fix everything. So thankful for their effort and I’m impressed with how quickly they acted.
