Lorenzo goes above and beyond when it comes to service. My situation was complex which included inheriting a car he initially wrapped 1yr ago from a recently deceased and very dear friend. Lorenzo worked under a pretty tight timeline for my friend and stood by his work done on the car previously with kindness, empathy, and made sure I was happy with the end result.
