Two of my friends referred me to Roseland Volkswagen, so I booked an appointment and took my Tiguan in for an overheating issue (with no visible leakage). Brett, the service manager, was very welcoming, and the whole team. Bran, the technician did an amazing job. It was my first visit to this dealership, and I was really impressed by the friendly environment and positive vibe. They definitely deserve a 5-star review! Thank you.

What a horrible experience and complete waste of time and money. If you are looking for any sort of customer service, common sense, respect and honesty do NOT use this dealership. First and foremost, Mack the service advisor is an absolute clown and has no customer service skills, respect and integrity in anything he does at the front counter. In February 2025 my GTI had a recall on a fuel suction jet pump which they replaced. 4 months later I towed my GTI in for a gasoline leak that was coming from the bottom side of my tank (so I left my recall receipt in the car for them to see). You would think the first place they would check would be where they worked on it 4 months ago but no. They detected no signs of a fuel leak and continued to quote me $2500 in oil and coolant leaks for which I did not bring it in for. After having the car for a full day to inspect it I heard nothing from the service department about finding the issue so I picked it up to drive it to another mechanic for a 2nd opinion. I only drove it because Volkswagen said it was “safe” to drive and could not detect a fuel leak (when I have video proof of it leaking on the side of the highway). When I got a 2nd opinion, he looked in the first place Volkswagen should’ve looked which is exactly where they replaced the fuel suction jet pump. It was an $88 fix because the clip on the fuel line was not properly put back together… wonder why. It was indeed leaking gasoline everywhere on top of the tank and running down the side to the bottom. After going back to Volkswagen to get my recall receipt that the stole from my car. Mack the service advisor went on to laugh in my face and say “is the only reason you came here to pick a fight”. Long story short, I will never be dealing with this dealership again because they not only put my LIFE in danger because I drove my car while it was leaking gas but you cannot trust them with anything especially after the Master Technician who has been there for 14 years said “I would’ve never released a car that was leaking gas” when the service manager Brett was fine releasing my car. Absolute joke. (Photos from 2nd opinion, clear gas leak)

Really disappointed in my experience here. I brought my vehicle in for a recall issue (jet fuel pump). While there they did an inspection on my car and advised that I needed about $1500 of work. I chose to proceed with most of it. I had also been experiencing an issue with my side mirror where it would shake on the highway. They quoted me about $300 to fix this. I paid all the funds, then went back to have the mirror separately replaced. When they gave me back my vehicle, I noted that the mirror they fixed was quite distorted. The service advisor was dismissive when I noted this, and responded that it was a new mirror, insinuating that it could not be distorted. I had to get one of the other advisors to actually physically come to my car and look at it. Sure enough, they ended up taking photos of it and told me that they would replace it again. I took my car back again a week later and they replaced the mirror again. I was then told via text that they thought it was an issue with the carrier of my mirror, and quoted me another $700 to fix it. They then left the dealership before I arrived and left a quote on the desk. I was left with a car with a worse mirror (more distorted than before), without even a call or follow up from an advisor. Overall, my experience was that they were not very careful, customer oriented, or, respectful of my time. I have been to other shops in the area and had much better experiences (like Green and Ross).

I had a problem with the free car (power) wash after a service there a few months back. While the service team handled things poorly, the GM Paul was a total rockstar about it. Everyone makes mistakes, it’s how you recover that’s important and Paul was totally reasonable and made it right. I know I’ll be nervous dealing with the service team again, but I also know that Paul will hear about it if I’m disrespected again. You’d think being in customer service they would know better, but I’ll give them a chance to do better. I love supporting local and also those businesses who get it right.

Shout to Liam for helping get my very first Golf Gti 6spd Manual, i had a great experience with him and ultimately decided to purchase my vehicle there even though i dont work anywhere near there and live about 25 mins away. His service and attention to detail was fantastic. I am in the same industry and it was very nice to see someone who wasnt pushy and just listened. Thank you Liam.

Absolutely worst service ever.DO NOT go here. They scammed me on a loaner car saying I made a crack on the windshield when it was there when they loaned it to me. On top on that they didn’t even have the part that they “ordered” weeks before and had to wait a whole other day for the repair

I visit this dealership from time to time to service and repair my Tiguan. I never had any complaints about mechanics, but the previous time I had big problems with a customer service representative. However, on my last visit in June, I was delighted to communicate with Brayden! Initially, we discussed my problems over the phone. Brayden sent me an email with a Service Order detailing the cost of parts and labor. Nothing superfluous was included, as happened the previous time. Since my parts were out of stock, Brayden ordered them from New Jersey. Upon their arrival, Brayden was able to arrange repairs for the next day as I was flying away on a business trip. Brayden has a good professional and technical background and excellent organizes work with clients. It greatly improved the impression of your dealership. Thanks to him!
