The manager,Dave has been the true MVP at marks supply. He has driven from Marks in Niagara to the Burlington location on multiple different occasions to give me the greatest same day service for parts. Huge shoutout to him and the rest of the burlington team!
Today, I visited Mark's Supply in Burlington to purchase a replacement small, clicker cartridge for a bathroom sink. I was referred by Johnston at Watermarks in Etobicoke. The new small clicker cartridges they had in stock were not the right size for the stopper I have. Brian and Bill worked with me till they found a solution. A clicker cartridge was found in a box of odds and ends. Thank you Brian and Bill for your first class service. You two are great! Take care.
We at Evergreen Holdings in Burlington are a contracting company who has does business with Marks. We bought a few air conditioner coins that broken and are under warranty by marks. Marks isn't answering the phone to us or returning our phone calls. They appear to not be honoring their warranty. We are extremely unhappy with Marks!!!
Great customer service, and they always go out of their way to get us the parts needed to complete our jobs. It is a pleasure working with Marks everytime.

My company has been purchasing from Marks Supply for years. I am there approx every 2 or 3 days.In those years I have never recieved anything but great service. Everyone who works there has always treated me with respect, professionalism and courtesy. The newest member Jim, I have dealt with on many occasions and he is a great addition to the company! There are reasons as to why I will not shop elsewhere, the great staff is definitely one of them!
