I was worried prior to chatting to Derrick the owner that this would be like the homebrew wine my Grandfather used to make. My wife and I were VERY pleased that it's not. The Shiraz we brewed tasted wonderful. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable , and answered all this newbie's many questions. Exceptionally good value for money. We now have 3 batches on the go, including Rose for my 28 year old niece.
The business is well maintained, clean and the service is friendly. Selection was great and displayed and grouped by quality. Was helped by a gentleman who was friendly and helpful. I will return to purchase more items soon.
I have been very satisified with customer service and quality of my wine. I have put down 4 batches now and never had a problem. I love the small feel of it but you don't miss out on anything, especially great wine.
Very limited selection, not particularly knowledgeable about their shelf product. I was looking for a kit, not making wine on the premises. When I asked the difference between two kits of the same variety of wine, the only answer he could offer was price.
