If you're close enough to Hamilton and getting an x-ray, just go to Alfa. I got to StL 40 minutes before their answering machine said they'd be on lunch but was told he was already at lunch and I'd need to wait until after 1. I drove to Hamilton so my lunch break wasn't a complete waste and was seen before I finished putting in the free guest wifi password (AND didn't have to pay for parking). Will hopefully never be back to StL
I had X-rays done and the service was exceptional. Thank you to the technologist that took my X-rays. She was very sweet and a wonderful bedside manner .
An extremely disappointing experience at STL Diagnostic Imaging. I went for my first-trimester morphology ultrasound, a very important and special exam during pregnancy. I was accompanied by my husband and our daughter we didn’t know that children were not allowed in the room, as no one had informed us about this rule. As soon as we entered, the technician Hanan Hindy was extremely rude and impatient, harshly telling us it wasn’t allowed. We calmly tried to explain that it was our first time at the clinic and that, had we known about the rule, we wouldn’t have brought our daughter. Still, she wouldn’t let us speak and seemed irritated from the start. During the exam, she aggressively accused me of not drinking enough water, even though I explained that I had to the point that I already needed to use the restroom. Instead of listening, she chose to argue and told me to leave and drink even more water. While I was in the waiting room trying to follow her instructions, I could hear her complaining about me to the receptionist, which was extremely disrespectful and humiliating. When she finally performed the scan, she didn’t say a single word. She kept a closed expression the entire time and didn’t even let us hear the baby’s heartbeat. What should have been a beautiful and emotional moment felt cold, tense, and deeply disappointing. We left feeling very sad and disheartened by the complete lack of empathy and kindness. Every ultrasound is a unique and precious moment especially the first one and unfortunately, her attitude took away much of the joy from this experience. We will definitely ask our midwife to refer us to another clinic for the next exams.
My Dad had an ultrasound completed by Nazih Mina. There was a miscommunication between the doctor’s office and the clinic regarding having a full bladder, however, the receptionist was very friendly and empathetic. Nazih completed the ultrasound thoroughly and was also very friendly. It was a smooth experience and would definitely recommend this clinic!
Super efficient and friendly! Front desk was great and Danica and Tamara were lovely! I also really like how they have a screen so you can see what they're looking at ☺️ thank you STL!
Customer service via phone is terrible. I kindly asked to check if there was an appointment soon because the appointment they offered me was 4 weeks after my call and the person was quite rude in addition to hanging up the phone.
The only place I would go for an ultrasound. Staff are always friendly and go out of there way to help you. I had another ultrasound clinic call and cancel on me last minute and STL fit me in the very same day I called.
