They arrived with all their equipment, explained the entire process clearly, and did an amazing job cleaning our ducts and furnace. The air feels fresher, and the difference is noticeable. Scheduled a duct cleaning and these guys did an excellent job - on top of doing a great duct cleaning itself they were both very careful with the home, pointed out some HVAC issues even our inspection didn’t pick up.

When I decided coincidentally to get mine done I read online reviews for local companies paying special attention to those that did not do telemarketing. KW is such a company. They called me back quickly, had an opening the same week, called in advance and arrived on time. They were very professional and completed the job in good time . The bill was explained and there were several payment options. I will use this company again.
