Wow - excellent service! Our house was suffering from a lot of dust. I was referred to Pure MD Air. They did a very thorough job - camera inspecting, cleaning, and dissinfecting the ducts, heat-vents, cold-air returns, furnace, and dryer vent. Arrived on time, and worked hard. Very nice technician. Reasonable price. And, dust is gone! I highly recommend.

Duct cleaning or no duct cleaning was the question when moving into the house. Jamie was very patient answering all the questions and explaining is extreme detail how the process works from setting up, to finishing. He walked me step by step on phone to prepare me for the day of and was very easy to communicate with. On the day of Greg arrived on time, (it was early in the day) and he was very friendly and did a great job at cleaning. Explained everything in the beginning, answered all questions along the way and even helped fix small things related to duct cleaning. In the end, he gave another run down and recommendations for maintenance. Overall, if you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy service, PureMD is the way to go!
