The sales process at Best Brand appliances was terrible. We were sold a multiple appliances and told they were in stock and ready for our delivery date. As the date approached, we received emails from an internal delivery department stating some of them were back-ordered. Our salesman, Khurram was not informed about this and had lied to us. I recommend avoiding this store.
We received great customer service when purchasing our dishwasher. Our order updates were promptly communicated and install was also organized by Best Brand. A very smooth and stress free process overall. Highly recommend.
We went to Best Brand Appliances looking for ideas to outfit a new kitchen build. I was lucky enough to be assisted by Karam. He was very patient and knowledgeable in helping us make our decision. We went with some options that we never thought of and thankfully we listened to his advice because we are happy with the final purchases and very thankful that Karam was able to assist us.
Hello, Thought of sharing some experience and positive comments for Best Brand, Burlington. I was in market looking for appliances and someone suggested to reach Best Brand Burlington location. I was unsure about various product offerings. Best Brand Burlington has an amazing showroom, with multi-vendor booths, which made us compare products suiting our needs. There beautiful showroom showcases multiple mid and high end products. I was amazed to have this all in one place. While going through the process, I got an opportunity to meet Mr. Khurram, one of the top-notch sales expert and an amazing personality. He is my go-to sales person from now on. Not only did Mr. Khurram showcased multiple products, shared experiences and drawbacks, but also helped guide / recommend us to go through our Kitchen designer. Once again, I will like to take this opportunity to Thanks the Team of Best Brand Appliance and Mr. Khurram for helping us through and advising us. Cheers !
