Great service from Setu. We came in with some ideas, he kept those in mind as we considered some other models and was very accommodating all around. We walked away with two fantastic products at a fantastic price. Recommended!
Our fridge died so we were in a rush to find a new and affordable one. They had so much selection and Kiran B was SO helpful in finding one that would fit our space and assisted us in getting it delivered quickly. He was so patient as we had very specific needs, and so knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend for any appliance purchase
Made an order for a fridge and a range and arranged for old appliance move to be included at no extra charge. Right off the bat the guys bringing the new fridge said the move isn't on their slip and spent more time arguing to not do it than it took them to do so after they came back later that day. Noteworthy is that it was impossible to reach anyone capable of doing anything to help while the movers were there. This theme of the "right" person being impossible to reach persists while I'm still waiting on the special order range. The range is the other issue, we knew it was special order, but the expectation was 6-8 weeks. At this point its almost 10 and the only communication I've got is by email since the sales agent we dealt with seems to be unable to ever answer the phone. My recommendation is to save yourself the trouble and buy at Lowe's or Home Depot, they seem to have logistics figured out to a much higher standard.
Coast appliances messed up my order delivery , Despite ordering in November and confirming them in November that i need appliances in FEB second week . They did not have my samsung appliances in FEB and dates kept on moving until April . This was a disappointing experience . Appliances are somethings which are essential & Not having those resulted us in having eating outside since. An extra star for the salesperson who was very good and tried his best but i guess his fulfillment team was worst . He eventually issued me a full refund and i cancelled my order as the delivery dates were still in limbo .
We purchased a floor model range hood and were given assurances that it was hard wired...not a plug in. In fact, we had to come back to the store 3 days later as the sales person advised us that an installer had to didconnect it. We arrived at the store today ( after calling to verify it was available for pick up) only to find out that it was a plug in . It appears that you have an incompetent sales staff.
It’s the end of June 2023. We are still waiting for a fridge ordered the 1st week of January 2023. Poor communication regarding delays. Shifting arrival dates. Would not recommend this shop to anyone at this time.
I am giving this store very bad review. And here is why. I've a microwave from them and just opened the box not even unpacked it and realized it is a wring size for me. So wanted to drive ot the store to return. Unfortunately... You gotta spend time to work on some stupid return request form, make lots of picture and wait until someone will call you. Then when they call they ask you to UNPACK the thing, make a picture of serial number, sent it to them and then PACK IT AGAIN. All on your own time so they will be happy. Seriously PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!
