I understand that businesses can be busy with customers and phone calls. I was the one who called and was placed on hold for over five minutes. After some time, I finally got through. I then drove to their store in Burlington, expecting to find it bustling with customers. However, to my surprise, the store was empty. One employee seemed to be chasing a dog, while another was checking items on the shelves. There were no customers in sight—just me.
I do not normally write reviews on places, but this lovely lady was super helpful, friendly and quick with her service. I learned a lot from being in the store for like 2 minutes. definitely coming back
Super friendly staff. Fair and understanding. I never received confirmation on an online order, and when I went to inquire, some prices had changed. I showed my online order and they honored the prices I ordered at.
I needed a thermostat for my BMW. The Lady at the front desk provided me with two options for my car. The first option came with a 1 year warranty and the other came with a better lifetime warranty. She explained the reasons why and sold me on the lifetime warranty. Great customer service! Thanks for the peace of mind!
Good staff and good products, they give you more and more of a discount the more you buy from them if you work for a company that supports them. Great people and they always have what you're looking for, if not they can order it in pretty fast.
