Shame cause the guys who work here are great. The one combative lady in particular leaves MUCH to be desired. Talk about a toxic individual who shouldn’t either be in a position of authority, of any capacity, nor dealing with the public. Atrocious bedside manner and attitude to boot.
Arrived 4 minutes after closing. "BURLINGTON PART SOURCE" The employee was willing to open the door for a pickup. But not me standing at the door for a part I needed. AC /Heater blower motor, which they had in stock. Being a long weekend it would have been a customer courtesy to provide SERVICE. APPARENTLY LACKING IN THIS STORE. YOU LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER. I WOULD RATHER PAY FULL PRICE AND RECEIVE SERVICE THAN SHOP IN PART SOURCE WHO HAS NO CONSIDERATION FOR THEIR CUSTOMER.
these guys actually pick up the phone unlike some part stores and have great service. helped me get a hold of a part i needed earlier than amazon could have it at my door. and cheaper too
