I went in with my mom and we got such excellent customer service from Halima. She was so kind and patient with both our needs. She spent time answering all our questions and was very knowledgeable with all the products in the store. We will absolutely be coming beck to sally’s because of Halima.
Carina I believe her name was (red short curly hair) made me feel very uncomfortable in the store, dismissive greeting from watching me like a hawk even when I was bent down right beside her plain view fixing my socks. Didn't even ask me for my phone number after for the purchase I've been coming here for years and haven't saw her once, rest of the ladies are phenomenal here, very pleasant to work with. I barely had interactions with the lady and never felt more uncomfortable in this store. Lol...
Too bad could not reviewed with 0 star, very bad customer service , store 5512 , transaction 105291 at 10:35 am on Sunday July 21- 2024 this women just know how to scan and get transactions, just like machine , just put the self checkout cash register , don’t need to waste money for her salary
The lady working tonight was totally ignorant- the one w all the makeup on and hootchie dress. From I walked in she looked me up and down w disgust and refused to let my toddler use the bathroom.. funny also she's all over the guy in the store helping him but couldn't help us! Def won't be shopping here again! They lost a regular business.
Absolutely horrible customer service. Went in for some hair dye there were 2 ladies there, 1 younger with long blonde hair the other was older black curly I believe. Both had attitudes and extremely snobby. I was trying to figure out which colour/brand to get as I don’t like using box dye but I’m no professional but still deserve to be treated with respect as a paying customer. Very disappointed with this visit as I’ve had plenty of great visits before but this was just awful.
Rude staff on Appleby. The blonde woman working the cash had no manners, she didn’t move when I came to check out I had to ask her if I can check out. When I asked her if they have a type of hair dye she just said no instead of offering something similar. I will not be spending my money here again.
Came in a little panicked today after using a product from the drug store that I wasn't very knowledgeable about. Mala was incredibly knowledgeable and helped settle my concerns and recommended some amazing products. Would absolutely recommend this location!
