The last gasp of a downtown Burlington that used to be kind of great. Outlasted arcades, greasy spoons, record stores and more. Great independent store with lots of levels to explore.
Love this bookstore! Ian and Kate are very supportive of their authors and illustrators and are just lovely people all around. Ian has been hosting The Book and Authors for quite some time. Wonderful store, wonderful staff! ✨⭐️
This is hands down the best bookstore in Burlington and I’d say Halton. Not only is the owner knowledgeable and very friendly but the book selection is like nowhere else I’ve been in Burlington & Oakville at least. I always find something amazing here and I love supporting local. Visit when you want to find your next amazing read!
I have been a customer here since I was a kid spending my allowance in the late 70s. It's the best bookstore around!! Staff are super helpful and the selection of books is wonderful. Highly highly recommend- deserves 6 stars
Went in to buy couple of books from this cool independent bookstore in Burlington, and also got great book recommendations and a wonderful conversations with the knowledgeable and passionate staff.
My favourite bookstore! I always end up buying something whenever I go "just to browse". If they don't have what you're looking for, they'll order it for you and call you when it's ready to pick up.
The best bookstore in all of GTA - excellent collection of books and the coziest and warmest space imaginable for browsing and reading great finds. I wish there were more such bookstores, especially in the suburbs. Refreshing to walk into such a great space without having to go to the city of Toronto.
