Walker’s Chocolates are the best chocolates I have had. They never disappoint. Your tastebuds will thank you. Customer service is also top notch. My first time there, and blown away by the incredible selection of chocolates for self and for giving. The Halloween Oreos are soo cute, the business card size thank you chocolates, the different flavours of the chocolate selection behind the glass, and just so many great gift ideas. I was looking for a treat to put on the plates at our LPGA Amateurs Hamilton-Burlington Chapter season closer and needed something individually wrapped and these met the bill and fit in my budget as I needed 40 of them. An amazing store!
This store front smells so good as soon as you walk inside. They have delicious items with plenty of variety. If you need something, just ask! Their staff is happy to help you find what you want ?
They are great Chocolate Artists. Locally made high-quality chocolate lovers made chocolate. No palm oil !! 99% of the other stuff is in other places. The best 1% comes from Walkers Chocolate. We are fortunate to have Walkers Chocolate in Burlington.
Great experience at the Westdale store. Very helpful staff. At home now eating bon bons. The milk chocolate orange peel, ginger and cherries were delicious. Looking forward to opening the milk chocolate selection.
Updated Review: 3 yrs ago I left the review below based on the previous worker and i swore i would never go back to this store. Funny thing is we would do anything for our kids and i decided to return. The ladies working at this location now have been nothing but pleasant to me and extremly kind to my daughter on numerous occasions and we still love the cookies. I didnt want to be one of those people that just leaves bad reviews. Review from 3 yrs ago: Those that have commented that the customer service at this location is poor are not lying. We have experienced the same akward feeling at this location (Burlingron on fairview). At first we just thought she was having a bad day but on our return we experienced the same sour look that she greets customers with. Our daughter loves the cookies but the lady that works at this store needs to recognize that the product is not everyrhing. Quite frankly i think your miserable and rude.
