This review is long overdue. I have shopped here since they have opened and every employee has been AMAZING!! No matter what im shopping for every employee seems very educated and truly cares about you. I will never shop anywhere else

Just went to do a return for my sister because the boxhot one hitter was defective and didn’t work once but I get ridiculed by the employee saying that the battery runs out when you smoked the whole thing but you can clearly see the full .5g of juice was still inside the vape. Maybe train you employees in a little etiquette towards their customers and not think they are trying to scam you guys for 20 bucks. Trust me I don’t need the money I was doing a favour for my sister. Never coming back here after this experience.

rly love this place but just had a very uncalled for situation with one of the female employees, another guy helped me and checked me out and as i was walking to the door she very aggressively with attitude goes “Bye!” to my friend and i, so we both said bye back and she again with so much attitude in her voice goes “yikes girls..” with a dirty look.. sorry but what was the reason? better not happen again. #notagirlsgirl

Refused to honour price match guarantee on an identical SKU from OnePlant (go there instead). They claimed it's "member pricing" so they don't match it. The manager was too lazy to come out from the back and tell me themselves so they made the front desk person do it.

Awesome friendly staff. Great prices with membership. Wicked selection in a clean well kept store. It's time to lose the inner wall and open the store up for employee safety... love the Cabana!!!

Really great store and customer service, Dereks super nice and informative. The prices are unmatched, especially for accessories, papers, bongs… you need it they got it, for a nice price!
