The interior is modern and clean and there's a great selection! Pricing is on the higher end but still reasonable but I was helped by a female staff member whose rudeness was incredibly uncalled for given the situation at hand. Definitely not somewhere that seems to encourage customer service.
Bought the Pink Gas Shatter and it was dated Dec. 12 2024. It had started to go bad, lost it colour and was not as strong as fresh shatter. Shatter starts going bad after a few months. Don't buy Shatter four months old, not worth the money. Why would they sell Shatter four months old? Am going to find another dispensary.
Always friendly..clean..reasonably priced products and sales. Have purchased some kick a$$ stuff in this store I'm not a frequent shopper here but have been happy every selection
Horrible selection + their displays are awful so the shopping overall experience is terrible. They also have a poor return policy unlike other stores. You essentially cannot return anything that has left the store even if it’s unopened and with a receipt.
Hunny Pot always has a great selection of cannabis at great prices. I’ve never been disappointed when I’ve gone. Their delivery service is fantastic as well, definitely highly recommend using the delivery service as well as visiting the physical location. It’s a lovely store on the inside.
The store is nice. The staff seemed nice. The way you order, by giving your name is much easier than "remembering" a new number each time you place an order like an unmentioned competitor. Be careful folks at this store, unlike ALL of the other legal pot shops in Burlington, this store doesn't add the tax until the end, this is very misleading since all others stores have tax included in the actual prices that you see, no surprises at check out. I get it, everywhere else they add tax after, but i find this approach misleading. Their prices are also too high, looked great until tax was added. Close to $60 for a joint and a 3.5... not going back until they combine tax like all else.. We now have 5 legal pot shops in Burlington Ontario, we can easily shop around. Please fix your tax your prices are bad. , go see your competitors, your ok in comparison
Great layout, friendly and knowledgeable staff, the store focuses on providing an experience as well as educating. Censory jars allow you to see and smell before purchasing. Frequent sales and specials, great accessories and cannabis selection. Highly recomend to any and all :)
