Bought a bong, got home, noticed the bowl was broken. Called customer service, 2 hours later they call me back to accused me of breaking it and offer 15% discount for a new bowl. Never shopping here again.
Great customer service, no matter who’s working when you stop by. Some staff are more informed than others, but nobody pretends that they know more than they do, or that they personally remember how much they loved the high of whatever strain it is that you happen to be considering. Love the terps panel!
I recently purchased a vape cartridge from this store, only to find it severely discolored, with an orange-reddish, rusty look at the bottom, making it appear burnt out or stored for way too long. When I brought this issue to the store manager, I was shocked by their dismissive attitude. Rather than offering any solution or refund, as previously promised for any issues, I was told this was 'normal' and to read about it online. This is a complete departure from their previous customer service approach. It feels like they're operating more like a shady street dealer than a legitimate store. I urge others to be cautious when shopping here.
Came here to check out different selections. Very well organized. Lots of edibles. Pre-rolls and flowers I would recommend wallk in to store. Matt had been helpful. Burlington residence, I would definitely come to Honey Pot. Lots of free parking and clean.
I've never been to such a poorly run and ridiculous shop. My job takes me all over and this is sincerely the worst store I've ever come across. Run to anywhere but here. The staff are just simply rude. Wow, what an absolute awful experience. Never honey pot again. Ever. Anywhere.
Stopped in the store today looking for a cannabis product that would help with sleep. The person that helped me was very stern with me that they couldn’t give medical advise, which I understood. So I asked which strain would be the most relaxing, he was even more adamant that he couldn’t say because “all strains reacted differently with everyone I can’t say”. I left frustrated without buying anything and was frankly embarrassed for even asking! The icing on the cake was when I got home and looked on their website I discovered a product called night night! Maybe point that out and let me make up my mind if that’s the right thing - frankly it was a waste of time to even stop in! I will never go back and wouldn’t recommend you waste your time either!
A great place to go! I first went Wednesday and was helped by Jesse. I've never had weed before and wanted to try edibles. Jesse was very helpful and helped me find a great starter option. Came back on Saturday and was helped by Keith. Very knowledgeable and very helpful in finding the next edibles to try. Very happy I decided to try Hunny Pot as my first store. I am excited to be a customer and will continue to come back! Very highly recommend!
