Absolute stellar staff. Honest and upfront and very professional. Most importantly, very punctual. If you show up on time, you get your work started on time. Highly recommend and will be coming back to them whenever I need any of their services.
Toying with the idea of going professional for the stereo system I decided to use Harm. I called around a few places but I liked his vibes and honestly boy did he deliver! He was super easy to work with and delivered exactly what I want on my 08 accord with factory navi. As those with this car know it's a bit of a tricky dilemma. What to do with that factory screen spot once you remove all the buttons and put the metra kit in its place for the new screen, you are left with a blank spot. He advised I put some gauges in there. So I decided to put in a Scangauge3 in the factory gps location and Harm installed it soooooo nice, I cannot even begin to express my gratitude. FYI I waited a few months to write this review so I knew everything that was done works and stays working. He did all new speakers, 12" sub in the trunk, new amp, no more factory amp, new wiring, new head unit, custom integrated gauge system in place of factory navi, and back up camera. He even gave me the option to do a 12" or 10". He said take the 12, that's how I would do it, but come back and we can swap the 10" if you want. We swapped them back and forth 3 times on the spot. What a gem this guy is. For the record I had already done a DIY stereo system and even when it was dialed in... it's just night and day difference from the upgrade I already did. The clarity is better than my ears can take (and that's a huge compliment). I had to come back and get the speakers retuned once the speakers were broken in and he got me in quickly and did it on the spot without waiting. All in all I am definitely happy I went with 360 auto and sound and I would go back. I'm sure many shops can do similar quality work but the quality of workmanship, the pricing and the punctual communication I think is why I'd have to go back if I needed them again. This place made my vision come true... I asked for a result, gave them a blank canvas, and months later I still can say they did me solid. I dunno what else I can say. Thanks :-)
Gave these guys a shot since they're down the road from me. Very impressed with Aaron...did my front brakes/rotors and serviced the rears for a far more reasonable price than other shops. My car stops on a dime now and I felt the difference driving on the way back home. Will continue to come by here for all maintenance items. Quality parts were used and fantastic judgement calls on what needs to be done. Thanks Aaron (and Harm)!
I bought an audio system from Harm in 2024. I am not a techie but he has been nothing but considerate and respectful each time i dropped in to visit. There is a glitch in my system and he promised to investigate. He asked me to come in next week for a fix if the problem. I have nothing but good things to say about this business. 5 stars for sure.
Harm is fantastic to deal with and very knowledgeable. I sought his help on installing an Audison B-Con to stream music directly to the M8.14 DSP and went with his recommended course of action which entailed bypassing a wired connection for the time being. It worked out great and the system sounds fantastic. The clarity is markedly improved over the BMW HU via USB and the soundstage is much wider. I can listen to music much louder for extended periods of time with no fatigue. When there was an issue with the software, Harm updated both the amplifier and module programming ensuring they operate as intended. I wish I had brought my vehicle to him sooner-Harm is a master at his craft and a great guy to top it off where he genuinely cares about people. He has my full commendation and I'll definitely be back to further enhance the sound system to take it to the next level.
Harminder at 360 Auto & Sound provided exceptional service. I came in to replace my car's CD/radio unit, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in suggesting the best options for my needs. The installation was done perfectly, and I’m very happy with the new touchscreen unit.
SMART START USERS BEWARE! Never have I met a more unprofessional, ignorant and shady individual in my entire life. I have had the unfortunate luck of having to deal with them on three separate occasions and each interaction has left me disgusted and beyond disappointed with the service I have received. If you can take the extra time and drive literally anywhere else in the province rather than dealing with them. If zero stars was possible I would rate them accordingly.
