Upgraded my Jeep Cherokee’s front-end speakers with Kent. Great and seamless work, noticeable difference in audio quality. Very strong customer service with Kent, a pleasure all throughout.

Aftermarket touch-screen Stereo install. Job was half-done with a follow-up required upon obtaining a new wiring harness. After paying cash for the initial visit, my messages & calls were subsequently ignored when I tried to book the completion of the work. Lesson learned.

We went to Keith's auto as our rear vehicle camera (after sales addition) stopped working. We were accommodated in less than a week. In about an hour, Kent had diagnosed the problem and replaced the rear camera for a reasonable price. Functions really well! Thank you, Kent.

I have a Dodge Caravan 2020 and wanted to upgrade my head unit to a unit that supports Android Auto.I checked out a few places and got quotes also with Keith.He sent me a quote which was not the cheapest but mid range.I accepted the quote and arranged for the unit to be installed.The installation happened I paid and when I got into my vehicle I connected my Samsung and the Android Auto did not work.He said he just tested it and it was working.After not getting it to work I suggested lets factory reset the unit which I did and it worked.Thinking okay well now all is good I put my vehicle in reverse and my camera's image quality was really bad.Keith then told me he will get back to me and that it might be incompatible.I left and saw that my trim plate was damaged which I then immediatly called him and he then said that it could not have been him and I know for a fact that there was nothing wrong with it before I got there.My unit now whilst driving just powers down and then back up which I have also mentioned to him.When I call he does not answer.He only responds by text or email.Its been more than 3 weeks now and he has yet to resolve my issues.I am very dissapointed.$1300 later and a very unsatisfied customer.I am so dissapointed that someone can be such a crook.If I dont text or email I hear nothing from him.I would never recommend this guy

I scheduled an appointment with Kent to have new speakers along with an amp and sub installed in my ram. I made this appointment 2 weeks in advance and schedule it for 10:00 in the morning on a Monday. My 1st experience was Kent arriving late for the appointment and then finding out how long it was actually going to take when I wasn't told in the beginning but that wasnt a deal breaker. Talking to another guy, I realized we were double booked which still wasnt a huge issue. Then I realized how disorganized he was because he couldn't even find my appointment and didn't know what he was doing to my truck. When he told me he had a million things going on, it was at that point I realized I don't really trust him to take care of my truck if he can't even be on time for his customers and figure out what he's doing that day. Im so glad i took a day off work for this non-sense. Would not recommend.

Knowledge !!!! Just ended up going back to my dealership because I have a couple of other things to do on my car at the same price. Will take my 1974 VW there later to install an old school window shaker system in it.

Kent was amazing, he went above and beyond. He took the time to properly diagnose my car audio issues and then spent the proper amount of time resolving said issues . He didn't even charge me for all of the work he did and the final result was better than expected. Can't say enough good things about him. I would definitely recommend him. ***Was 5 stars, changed April 2025 to 1 star*** ***Fast forward 4 years and I reached out to Kent from Keith's to install some speakers in my car. Kent responded through text saying he'd text me from his personal number which he did, asking a couple questions and then stopped responding. I texted him back a couple more times which was his preferred method of communication and still nothing after 2 weeks. Last text I sent him was asking if he's busy and could do it at all in the next few weeks, but not even a response. Its a shame, he was great with me the first time and now I wouldn't recommend him to anyone anymore due to his lack of communication effort.
