I love Mary Brown’s but don’t seem to have much luck with any of the Burlington locations. The one on Brant used to be amazing but the manager left so it’s hit and miss now. I went on their tell Mary site to complain but asked them not to contact me because I don’t want them to replace my order. I will never go back to the Fairview location again. It is not possible that the staff who packed my order was not aware that the chicken was dry and old. When I took the skin off of the breast the edges were puckered and brown. Truly a disgusting meal!
This is a staple, every Monday we are here for the 'Big Mary Monday' event. Perfect every time...now Nashville taters and tenders are coming back!! Delicious.
Wow, fantastic amazing best chicken I ever had in my entire life. The service was five out of five. The food was 100 out of 100 quick good pricing super fresh highly recommended to come to this location very friendly staff attention to detail clean washrooms clean restaurant if you want to have a good evening with your girlfriend boyfriend or family highly recommend coming to Mary Brown’s.
Ordered a huge order for a gathering from the Mary Brown's App. I ordered a Loaded Buffalo Fries (Secret Menu Item only available on the app), and received taters soaked in buffalo sauce which made them inedible. Probably the last time ordering anything from Mary Browns again
We had a stop here to grab quick treats before the movie, and it was worth! We ordered Crispy chicken twist buffalo, sidekick chicken sandwich, a few burgers & chicken fingers. It was really delicious and was served fresh. The service was very quick and easy. Ambience was good too with clean washrooms. Next time when I’m in Burlington, will visit again for sure.
If you want the saltiest fried chicken and " taters" you've ever had in your life ...thenm it's the best. All aside from the ridiculously salted food the staff was great. Did I mention the salt? Salted pre mixed chicken with a honey garlic salt added left us thirsting for lake Ontario. The salt.....so much the salt.
