False advertising on their menu. Online the family deal 2A says 3lbs, including my order confirmation (emailed receipt). Arrived in store to pick up and they claim it’s only two pounds of wings. Fix your website and honour your menu.
Idk why the ratings are so low! This is by far the best wing place in the Burlington area. I can’t speak on their other food but the wings are unreal, always fresh and super saucy. Will keep coming back here!
I've had many bad experiences with take out in my life , but this is the first time I've been compelled to leave a review about how awful it was. I ordered their pulled pork sandwich with fries and blue cheese sauce for 22$. It felt like a chore just to bite through the bread which was drenched in overly sweet sauce with a terrible ratio of pork. Instead of feeling satisfied after that meal , regret was the only thing on my mind. Do not go here.
Went in for a work related transaction (not as a customer). Addy was at the front counter who welcomed me with warmth & a bright smile. It felt very pleasant dealing with her. After the work transaction I asked as to how much I have to pay if I buy a can of Pop. She just asked me to choose 1 & when I wanted to pay she just told me its on them. This is a customer service that you seldom see in any restaurant these days. I not only appreciate the business owner & Addi but also would like to recommend this restaurant to all the people who want to takeout or dine in with the family. review based off uber eats order. Wings were great no issues, Chicken tenders over cooked , try and tough like boot leather sauces were not packaged well, the entire inside of the bag was coated in the sauce , covering all the boxes making it very messy to handle and none leftover for us to enjoy.
Maybe the best wing spot in the country. Not sure who their supplier is, but the chickens must be in the UFC because they’re some thick boys. They don’t shy away from the sauce and spices either, they’ll give you all you want and more.
Perfect place if you like wings! Great deals and price is worth the meal and they sauce options and dry Rubs and just amazing and the staff and quick service is like cherry on the top.
Customer service can be spotty but the food is always Delicious.
The first time I was here I wrote a review saying that these were some of the BEST wings I've ever had... unfortunately the 2nd time was so disappointing. The wings had little to no taste to what they were suppose to resemble. The wings themselves were try, leathery and small. And all the sides we got were either severely under seasoned or burnt entirely. My sweet potato fries were all burnt. No flavor. Not even ketchup saved them. This comes as a real shame as I had talked chain up so much to my friends and they were all left disappointed with the end result. I was really taken back by the complete flip in quality from my previous experience...the service was amazing. Fantastic guy working the front that night...but sadly that's all I could say was good from that experience. I do want to go back to give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe I just got them on a bad day...but honestly, because their prices are higher than normal (understandably when their quality holds up) I'm hesitant to at risk of another below average order.
First time I've ordered from them. I got a supreme chicken sandwich, and family sized onion rings.The sandwich was definitely supreme (1.9lbs), but fell apart almost instantly. The chicken was tough, and without the breading and sauce on it, it's unbearable to eat. The 'family sized' onion rings, were only 'family sized' if your family consists just of yourself. The food was very greasy and I got a stomach ache after just a few bites.Won't be ordering from them again.
Absolutely horrible. Turn over rate is extremely high (and with good reason). The restaurant is essentially a health inspectors worst nightmare.
The worst wings Ive ever had. No taste. Also ordered the grilled chicken sandwich- was gross and soggy and he chicken was rubber. Got a refund was the only good part. This place is not a real wing place and should be closed down.
