Staff was amazing, especially the woman who cashed me out! Will say, I’m pretty disappointed with a couple items. A few items I bought came with stains and holes that I missed in store because I didn’t think they sold faulty clothing. Cashier very nicely told me that once I used my coupon, it was final sale (which I was ok with, since I didn’t want to return anything) but then as I was ripping the tags off I saw the damage on 2 items…

There’s always a great variety of clothes with great prices! Friendliest staff as well! Found exactly what I was looking for, for the Christmas season!

Great day shopping at Kid2kid Burlington! Friday is grandparent day so was able to save an extra 15%. Wonderful selection of clothes with many brand names but you can’t do wrong with toys and books!! And I received a free book today! Highly recommend !!

Went for the first time today to sell some items. The store is incredibly clean and organized. The selection is amazing and, having seen the store, I understand why they are selective in what they take. Also, it smelled nice. Update: still going here for clothing. Went in to sell a Jolly Jumper. Ended up not selling here because I was told I could probably get more if I sold it on my own. I appreciate that honesty and will keep coming here first. Update: still coming here now that my kid is two. Great value for selling and buying. They were right about selling the jolly jumper on my own.

    Hi Macey, thank you for shopping with us and I do apologize that some of our items are not up to your standard. We go through thousdands of items daily and we do try our best to weed out items with stains and holes. Some do fall through the cracks unfortunately despite our best effort.
