Awful place. Everything is always 10 times more messier than your average thrift store, they say they’ll buy your children’s clothes & toys but they are incredibly picky! And i’ve heard they don’t even pay you much! Save yourself the trouble & just use facebook marketplace or go to a thrift store.
I come all the way from st Catherine’s and it was so worth it because Faith and Ashley do a fantastic job and know their store. I got all my questions answered and had great service overall. Will be back!
Disappointed with the service. Went to the Burlington branch around 3:50 PM and was surprised how poor the customer service was. There were several young staff members chatting at the front, but no cashier was open. I politely asked one of them if their register was open (the one on the far right facing the cashier side), and she just stared at me then rudely said “no.” Very unprofessional and disrespectful. It’s frustrating to be in a store with no proper assistance while staff just stand around. Hope management addresses this.
I only shop here. they've got great stuff. they don't buy back a lot becuase they have a lot of stock but I'm never disappointed.i always leave here with armfulls and the staff is so friendly
Visited this location for the first time with a big bin of clothes to sell. I liked being greeted by the row of strollers out front. The store is quite large. The staff member that checked in my items was great, she took the time to explain the process thoroughly to me since it was my first time there. There were a few people ahead of me ~11AM on a weekday. They were finished in approx 45mins and bought 90% of what I brought in. Mind you, they do not pay much per item — sold approx 50-60 items for $111 ish (including unworn matching sweat suits Reebok, Roots, good quality items & all name brands, etc), which feels a bit low, BUT I recommend if you simply want to unload a bunch of items in one go. Make sure to bring the clothes in a presentable way (ie clean & laid out flat in a container / bin. Easier on the staff than digging through bags. As for the inventory - store is packed. Lots of good items, some a couple dollars higher than I think they should be (winter coats seemed to be priced high too). The store should incentivize people to spend the money back in the store by offering 20% extra if you take a store credit for selling items instead of cash. Just a thought.
This location is very picky, go to other locations. Went two times and wasn't able to sell my items. Other locations accepted my items with no issues !! I had boy pants for 12yrs old and Nike brand new boy shoes, they didn't even look at them and everything was the same as I dropped it, didn't even check the items.
Absolute chef's kiss to the staff here. Every OUAC is different but man, love the ladies that trusted me to carry out some shoes to try on an unruly toddler who didn't wanna be shopping. Wonderful selection of everything. Great people.
