Young man working at the window today (1:50PM, Aug 27) refuses to speak a single word to customers he is serving. He won’t even read off the prices when serving you. It’s off putting.
Finished a complete renovation but failed address the insect issue. Staff are slow and distracted, tonite staff member sat on phone looking at me while waiting to be severed for 10mins.
I started coming here on my commute maybe 6 months ago, service and food was great. In the past two months I've noticed a change in quality and service. First bad experience was waiting in line inside. I waited a few minutes to get my order in which was fine but then I watched the ticker on their screen show my order count up to 7 minutes for a coffee and BELT. After the 7 minutes the girl making the sandwich said "sorry we have no lettuce or tomatoes, is it okay if I just add extra bacon? At this point I said whatever because I was running late. Since then, in the past couple weeks I've gone through the drive thru and ordered a BELT, both times I've opened the sandwich, NO LETTUCE OR TOMATOES! WHATS THE DEAL WITH THIS LETTUCE AND TOMATO SHORTAGE?! I won't be going back... until I do at which point I'll surely be disappointed again.
I walked into this store this morning at 6:45am before work. I stood there and was not acknowledged. I waited five minutes for someone to at least greet me. There were two guys working and they both ignored me. One guy came past me and got a donut for the drive through and didn’t say anything and went back to the side. When I arrived they were giving two guys who came though the back door coffees. There was no one else in the place waiting to order but myself. This was very rude and disappointing and I will never go here again. I would not recommend anyone go here either with this lack of service. Tim Hortons should be ashamed of these people they hired to work here.
Timhortons located inside Esso gas station. Drive through service also found to be quick. Nice place to fill gas and have a quick bite. Washrooms found reasonably clean.
Good consistency with their coffee, some staff need personalities as they don't say one word through the entire visit. Hit or miss depending on who is working
Usually okay location for quick order with generally nice staff but today the older lady at the cash register was giving me dirty looks after they messed up my order. She had serious attitude problem. Otherwise I would have rated 3 stars for ok parking, quick service, great hot coffee and a decent selection although usually don't have everything on the menu that you might want. Wheelchair accessible Gass station Tims is okay. If you're having a bad day don't take it out on someone else and make their day worsen. I paid for it ,give me that!
