I recently had the pleasure of working with City Electric Burlington as my electrical supplier, and I cannot recommend them enough. Their commitment to providing exceptional service and top-quality products is truly commendable.
I returned a couple of LEDs that would not fully light up. I also returned a contactor that they incorrectly sold me (2 n.o and 2 n.c contacts will not run a fan motor. I ended up frying the motor and had to replace at my cost). I cancelled an order that was almost 5 weeks overdue. The store manager accused me of being a bad customer who returns stuff all the time. Apparently, according to her I "fiddled" with the LEDs. When I told her I only resold it, she then accused my customer of doing the fiddling. I have dealt with Torbram for 15yrs without any issues till now.
Went in and unfortunately staff did not even try to find what I was looking for. More or less said good luck and sent me on my way. Thankful for their Stoney Creek store who not only found what I was looking for but provide two other options in case they didn't. Terrible customer service - won't go here again.
