I have ordered flowers from Burlington Flowers on a few occasions previously and they have always given much pleasure to my aunt. This time I ordered a planter and I have been equally delighted, as the plants look very healthy. The communication about the delivery was also excellent. Thank you.
Was not what I expected totally not the picture on the web site. Well not order from them again. Not worth the $100. I could have done better for half the money. Very disappointed.

Pet bereavement flowers were delivered on the wrong date. I had ordered bereavement flowers for a dear friend of mine, whose beloved cat was being put down after its long battle with cancer. The euthanasia was scheduled for a particular day and so I wanted the flowers to arrive after her cat had passed away. Unfortunately, the flowers were inappropriately delivered the same day that I ordered them. I called the florist to explain and while she was nice and acknowledged the mishap, she didn't offer any remedy or consolation for the mistake. I had to call my friend (who is obviously and understandably) grieving to apologize for the flowers being delivered before her pet passed. On any other flower arrangement, I could imagine receiving them early wouldn't necessarily be perceived as a bad thing, but for bereavement flowers I expected a certain level of diligence and sensitivity on the matter that I was not afforded. I would not order flowers from here if you need them to be delivered on a particular date.
Our beloved Mom passed late Friday night on December 22nd. All day Saturday was spent on funeral arrangements and clearing out Mom's room at the Long Term Care. We belatedly remembered that we needed to order flower arrangements for the casket and funeral home. We were in a panic as this was Sunday, Christmas Eve and all florists were closed. At 4pm. Sandy answered on the first ring and was so calm and understanding even though we were so confused. With her assistance we ordered three large arrangements sight unseen. We just told her the flowers and colours that Mom liked. When they arrived to Friscolanti's on Wednesday morning they were BEAUTIFUL. You could tell that Sandy put a lot of effort and careful thought into her work. I had never been to Sandy's shop or met her before. Rest assured that all my business will be with her shop from now on, and I will recommend her wholeheartedly to all my family and friends. Thank you so much Sandy for your kind and comforting words. Ordered flowers for the first time to celebrated mothers day at our new restaurant in Burlington. They were absolutely beautiful ! Thank you so much for adding the perfect finishing touch to all the mom's that had breakfast with us this morning!
I am from Alberta and my two Sisters live in Burlington . My one Sister is terminally ill and the other is taking care of her and it happens to be the caregivers birthday. I called this store explained my situation and what i wanted . i gave her 150 dollar budget and a boutique for each.i then thought about it and phoned back seeing if they needed more money i want a wow factor.She said she did not . The flowers arrived and They belted it out of the park . Just fantastic.Thank you for your honest help!!!
I'm an Arizona desert resident in the US who just returned home from a wonderful visit with friends in Burlington. I phoned Monday a.m. requesting a desert cactus collection be delivered when supply and the weather permitted (they didn't have any that morning understandably). Less than 24 hr later I get texts with pictures from my hosts of this beautiful arrange in attractive vases that go perfectly in their bay window plant collection. Sharp, decorative and great value...thank you Burlington Flowers!

Ordered online and my girlfriend received pretty much the same colour roses from the pic . Great price and the roses were beautiful . In the pic the ones with the balloons are the one I received & the other pic are the ones online . I will be ordering from here again . Only thing bad I have to say is the delivering time . It was delivered to my girlfriends house earlier than it was supposed to so she wasn't home to receive them but luckily someone else was home .
