Dealing with this company was absolutely wonderful . They were so kind, compassionate, patient when I had to pause myself in order to speak. They were very helpful with the arrangement that I picked out ...altering how I wanted it to look. With living in Winnipeg, I wasn't sure of the Quality of their work, but I was blown away on the beautiful arrangement that they promised me they would create for my cousin, along with the smooth transaction and delivery of the arrangement for me. I will continue to use them for any floral needs to be sent out to Burlington.

Great customer service! Marianna's Flower Island sent me email updates to let me know they were creating my order, when it was out for delivery, and when delivery was made. My client sent me a photo of the gorgeous arrangement Marianna's put together for them and it truly was beautiful! December 19th/2025 - There are many places to order flowers, heck you can pick them up in the supermarkets. But when it matters and you want the BEST flowers and service trust Marianna's Flower Island to do the right thing. My sister and mother are over the moon with the flowers.
There staff is always happy to help you get all your needs done. Even down to the card that would be the perfect fit to the occasion. The flowers you made for my occasion was so so beautiful. Thank you again for all your hard work for me!

I just opened the door to a magnificent bouquet sent from Marianna's Flower Island. I have recommended this shop to people over time and have been the grateful recipient of some of their lovely work. They are pleasant, talented and original with their floral designs. Every petal is placed with pride.
Very disappointed with both the service and flower arrangement. We were unfortunately mislead by reviews. ** Our reply to your response: Yes, it is now quite obvious to us (as you have pointed out) that your photos online are photo-shopped. We would like to be clear that a second arrangement sent AFTER mother's day would have not been appropriate, for the obvious reason. Please note that it was not all about the pot being cheap and nothing like the photo online in appearance or by its description. It was also that the flowers were of poor quality, sparse and died within a couple of days after being delivered. Hence, this review. Seriously, there is no coming back!
