We recently had our kitchen completely renovated and our main floor freshened up by Nat and his team at NAT’S RENOS. We are incredibly happy with the end result and would recommend Nat and his team over and over again! When we started the process we had other contractors in for quotes but Nat was the right fit for us from the first meeting. We had a comfort level with him immediately as he was, of course, knowledgeable and able to see our vision, but he gave us options and when needed, steered us in the right direction:) As homeowners taking on our biggest renovation to date, Nat and his team (big shout out to Gary, thank you) were always respectful (even our neighbours were impressed by what they saw and heard from the crew) and cleaned up at the end of their day. If we had concerns, Nat addressed them as soon as possible. He was helpful in choosing the materials used and in the end, they all fit seamlessly together in our space! Nat and his team recently completed 2 bathroom renovations as well as renovations in our master bedroom. We are absolutely thrilled with the outcome. From start to finish Nat and his team were fantastic to deal with. Not only is their workmanship impeccable but they are amazing to work with. Extremely professional, reliable and courteous. Nat always takes the time to listen to your needs and is honest and upfront. He would always communicate what work was being done every step of the way. We were even away on vacation and Nat would send daily updates and pictures via Whatsapp to ensure we were kept up to date on the progress. Nat and his crew were always on time and ensured on a daily basis that my home was kept safe and clean. Drop sheets were put down and taken up daily, and Nat and his crew would only leave after clean up was completed. Such dedicated and hard working. Great work ethic I would highly recommend Nat and his team and look forward to using him again for future renovations. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out!!
