When we interviewed contractors to renovate our bathroom we had 3 concerns 1st was time frame on starting and finishing the project 2nd was cleanliness 3rd was the budget given before starting We live in a condo in downtown Burlington and wanted no issue with our neighbours Ryan and his team were amazing as they finished the job ahead of schedule They laid cardboard through the floors and contained the dust at all times The budget came in a little under cost as they didn’t run into any issues Ryans crew came in every day in their dress uniforms very professional and courteous The bonus was when neighbours commented on their respect for our condo as it is an upscale condominium building So impressed with the job that we got them to redo our terrace with composite decking Well done Ryan
Ryan and his team did an incredible job with our top to bottom townhouse reno over the last couple months. This is our first renovation and Ryan guided us through the entire process with incredible knowledge every step of the way. His communication with us exceeded all expectations which allowed for us to feel comfortable and confident that everything was on track and going according to plan. Wow what an amazing job!!! Five stars plus!!! Thanks to Ryan and his team for remodelling our main floor. Very professional, on time and always cleaned up at the end of the day. Started with removing all the old floors, taking down a wall in the dining room, tearing down the old kitchen, removing all the popcorn ceiling, ripping out the old staircase and railing, updated all the electrical and plumbing. Updated the hardware on all the doors, installing the old kitchen cabinets in the mud room and updating the powder room. It was a pleasure watching the transformation of old to new! I would definitely use Palatine Hill Contracting again and highly recommend them. Thanks again Ryan and team!
