Karan at the Burlington location EXCEEDED my expectations! He was literally so fantastic with his customer services I decided to place not one order but TWO! KARAN IS THAT GOOD! He listened to my questions, and was professional yet friendly and very very helpful… NOT pushy at all. In fact, He made me feel like he cared like a brother would, and sincerely wanted the receipt to VERY happy and took the time explaining my options. You don’t get THIS INCREDIBLE service on the internet!! Not only that but the internet doesn’t ask you specific questions regarding YOUR order to improve it like how Karan did! When you have such an OUTSTANDING experience it is an absolute pleasure to take the time to write an TRUTHFUL firsthand review! Karan took such AMAZING care of me, a complete stranger.However, I had a VERY important occasion I wanted to knowledge. And I desperately wanted to get it right, AND on time. I couldn’t of placed my trust and that VERY Very important occasion in better hands than Karan! He also advised and suggested many details that I didn’t even think about. Edible Arrangements Burlington sponsored lots of fresh fruit and chocolate covered fruit for our 27th anniversary party. They had great customer service, friendly and helpful and our members enjoyed it. We would highly recommend them for company parties as they are great to work with. Thank you!
Excellent customer service! I was having some trouble (on my end) placing an order last night through the online service and had to call the store in the morning for assistance. My call was answered promptly and the gentleman who took my call was very helpful and friendly. I was able to place my order immediately and with no issues. I highly recommend Edible Arrangements in Burlington.
This EA franchise refused to accept my order for a free reward, after spending hundreds of dollars to earn it. The reason for refusal was that the store only accepts paid orders on Mother's Day and other holidays. They explained this is a store policy and not a corporate policy. They offered to accept the order only if I paid for an additional item, or to fulfil the order the day after. This completely negates the point of a free reward from a holiday-oriented business and is very unfair treatment toward a loyal customer.
