Wow, what an experience. I came here on Tuesday expecting the same tasty chaat I used to enjoy — silly me. The raj kachori and dahi puri were so bad on my last two visits that I had to double-check if I was at the same place. And the staff? Amazing. If the goal is to make customers feel unwelcome, they’re doing a fantastic job. I definitely won’t be returning — wouldn’t want to ruin their perfect streak.
Lots of variety for snacks, chat and chips but I wish the produce was fresher and better priced. Went on a sunday and the vegetables available were all dry and old.
I visited this place today and found that items were displayed with incorrect price tags. I left around 5-6 items with wrong prices and tried to buy few things. At checkout, I was charged more than triple than the displayed price. When I questioned it, the cashier started removing the tags right in front of me and responded with attitude instead of fixing the issue. According to consumer protection rules, stores are required to honor the price shown on the shelf. Charging a higher price than what’s advertised is misleading and can be considered illegal. This is very unprofessional and unfair behaviour. Must have given Zero star to them if possible. Don’t waste your time and energy going to this place.
I tried to delay writing this review but today I had to, as I think it’s really important for fellow consumers who spend hard earned money for food that reminds us of home. Been here multiple times, Every time I see some products on shelf which are really close to expiry or Products from some not so popular brand, as if all the left over products from some shipment is purchased here and is sold at regular price. See sample images of Garvi Gujarat Bhel Mix (expired back in April 2025, today is Aug 6 2025) and Parle G lot expiring next week on Aug 14, 2025. Ridiculous. Some packages had dusts over it and Produce is never fresh. I am done with this store. I urge you to read the expiry date before purchase.
I saw bundles of fruit flies on ginger and no one noticed! Went there yesterday, this place has serious hygiene problems. Lowest maintenance and produce is not managed well. Seems like Indian open farmer market, doesn’t feel like Canadian
I have ordered a pressure cooker it was not induction based first they sent me the wrong order i have been waiting from last 10 months for my refund very poor service every time i call them they always say we will send you an email confirming that your refund is done but 10 months it’s a long time i would not recommend any one to use the service Very poor experience I need to be contacted as soon as possible i have been waiting that some will at least let me know what the next steps would be Really very frustrating No sure what the next step i have called them more than 20 times in last 3 months
Stopped in on a whim driving by!! Great establishment, wonderful staff, great hot table and wide selection!! Will return to check out more of the store and the hot table!! Ps! Please bring in some Butter Chicken!!
