I was recommended this place by a few friends and thank god they did. First off I want to say that the service from the staff was amazing and although it took a while to get my food (10 mins) it was worth every penny. I love the open kitchen style to this place because you can see how sanitary the staff are being, they were extremely sanitary. Will definitely be coming back and recommend this spot to anyone reading this.
This was our first time visiting the Appleby location tonight and unfortunately it was quite a terrible experience. We ordered the spicy chicken burger which tasted like it was a week old fried chicken that was tough and extremely dry. The burger itself also had zero sauce so that didn’t make up for the dry chicken itself. See pictures for proof. The poutine was nothing special and the cheese curds were tough instead of soft and melted. Very disappointed in this experience we were really looking forward to a new burger spot in Burlington.
Reyon, Jenson, and David were absolutely amazing . They had a huge rush but kept composure and they deserve to be recognized for their service and holding it together. Great job by all staff
Need to figure out a better system for taking orders and having them go out efficiently. It's already a small space which is made worse with an always full restaurant of every customer standing around empty handed waiting. The food does not deliver for the uncomfortable wait.
This food is DELICIOUS! We had the double Rosie burger each, I had fries and my husband had onion rings, and we had both the banana pudding and the strawberry shortcake pudding for dessert. Everything was a 10 out of 10. Can't wait to go again! It is truly the BEST, hands down!
The single patty smash burger was delicious, and the fries are thick, crispy on the outside and really tasty. The staff was pleasant and personable. A great addition to the neighbourhood!
Hands down one of the best burger spots I’ve been to! The burgers are incredibly delicious, packed with flavour but without the heavy, oily feel you often get from other smash burger places. The fries are next level as they're thick, super crispy on the outside, and fluffy on the inside…pretty close to perfect. Overall, this place is amazing and absolutely worth the visit.
