I ordered a large soup and received something smaller than a kiddie cup. Paid $15 after delivery and fees, which I wouldn't mind had I actually received what I paid for. I emailed the store and also reached out on FB and was ignored.
I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Just terrible customer service all around The nerve, so rude, management obviously doesn’t care for happy customers. I’ll never come here again
Tried it for the first time, probably never again. The serving sizes for the amount of toppings and protein is ridiculous. Felt like a bowl of rice and lettuce. Especially with it being more expensive than other similar chains they should be able to give you a balanced bowl.
The employees are contaminating the food, yeah sure they always wear gloves but one of the employees was handling money then the next second handling chicken with the same gloves meanwhile the other employee scratched her face and nose and with that same glove reached in to grab some lettuce, this is disgusting
Overly impressed. Went back to this location today after a few months hiatus. I highly recommend it. The salad and soup were both delicious. Will definitely be back there soon. Thanks for the great service.
Always loved chopped leaf. Last night picked up Caesar wrap had so much dressing had to throw it away. Picked up pesto chicken sandwich it was not the same as before. Tuna sandwich was ok. But no more chuffed leaf for me. Got turned off. Maybe cause I don't tip them but I paid full price for all three. I don't want to write a review but then I thought you should know why I customers don't return.
Food is great and so is the customer service. So why the 3 stars. Well while sitting and waiting for my food I noticed 4 employees working, and 3 of the 4 were speaking in a different language while the 4th who you can tell didn’t understand was quietly working away. We live in a world where we need to be inclusive and I wasn’t seeing that there. If I were that 4th employee I wouldn’t know if they were talking about me behind my back or not. I’m seeing this a lot in the industry and it’s time for everyone to realize to be inclusive means to speak the language that everyone knows living in this country. I’ll definitely be back to this location but I would like to see everyone treat other employees fairly and with respect.
