I have been here a few times over the holiday season. All the staff I have interacted with are very patient, kind, and knowledgeable on the products. While prices are a bit higher their stock of Pokemon is MUCH better than the competitors in this mall. Highly recommend even just to browse
I was just walking around the store and overheard a girl being trained by another girl, and man I gotta say she was so impatient with her. She was asking the girl how to do something on the computer, and just started saying "What are you doing, what are you doing?" Repeatedly when the girl did something incorrect on the pc. It was hard to listen to, and as a business manager it pained me to hear the ego from the trainer. I hope she isn't like that to all the other staff.
I came in to the store with my wife just to find a few christmas presents for our 12 year old son who loves superheros. But we don't know nearly as much as our son does, so we asked the employee of the store at the time (her name was jamie) to aid us in finding things he would like. She was very helpful and patient and kind with us and helped us find a few nice things for our son. We will most definitely be coming back for any superhero related merchandise in the future!
While I happy for the success of this store from the start when they had excellent locations in Burlington and Oakville to many malls in the GTA I’m a bit bummed by what it became. From a great comic book store to a less cluttered Hot Topic this isn’t the store I remember. Should really be called Conspiracy Funko Pops.
I loved the store staff was very helpful, specially Leah she was specially helpful gave me a couple recommendations and helped me pick out a couple comics definitely will be coming back again
Love the store!! Very organized, good for geeks and nerds like myself!! Came in looking for some DC comics stuff and Jamie at cash was very helpful!! she knew quite a bit on what would be best for gift ideas for my sons! and even helped me out a bunch with some hello kitty gifts!!! She is very well knowledge on the store and was very kind and understanding made me feel very welcomed especially since I don’t go to Burlington so often!!! Will definitely return when given the chance!!
Great selection of comics, very friendly and helpful staff! Leah helped me find new releases I was looking for, knows her stuff and is very knowledgeable on all the products.
