Very disappointed. We were charged >600$ taxes in for duct cleaning and were told their equipment was “the same as a truck-mounted system.” They showed up with a regular shop vacuum, not professional duct-cleaning equipment. The price did not match the service at all. I would not recommend this company. The associate we were dealing with was unsympathetic.
Recently, I woke up to a small flood in my basement only to discover that my hot water tank was leaking. After mopping up the water I placed an emergency call to Burlington Heating and Air Conditioning. Dave and his team were able to reorganize their schedules and attend to my issue. By days end the old tank was removed and a new one installed. The team was prompt, courteous and professional. When they left , you would not know they were working on site for several hours.

My husband and I had our Furnace red tagged this week, is there anything worse with two young babies? After calling around , and one really painful meeting with a “reputable” company, we landed on Burlington Heating and Air Conditioning. From the house visit at an hour that worked for me, the simple quote process, to the install…we are very happy with their work and kindness. Will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who asks!
Everything about my experience dealing with Burlington heating and air was fantastic. Initially called about issues with our old AC unit and the technician came out and gave us options on how to fix the system but we decided to just replace the entire unit(as it was 20+ years old). The technician quoted us a price on site which we decided to go with and installed a couple days later. The installation went very well, the technicians where incredibly nice and professional and spent a good amount of time testing the system to make sure everything worked as expected. The final installation price ended up being exactly what was initially quoted and the technicians were incredibly professional.
I ordered the least expensive option, RunTru. I was billed for a TraneXR13, $500 more expensive after tax. After I asked about the discrepancy, Dave said he made a mistake on the work order, and gave me the choice to have the proper AC installed and the bill adjusted, or keep the current AC. Then told me that they actually installed a TraneXR16 at a $1,000 discount, as Trane was out of stock on the 13. I guess I'm better off in the long run to keep the upgrade. So maybe a win? I contacted four local AC companies and found BHAC to be the most professional in executing the original quote, and they seem to be very responsive, especially compared to the other AC companies.
Such a rip off. Was going to charge me over 1000$ for something that wasnt even broken. He said the furnace motor was broken and it will cost me over 1000$ to replace it. I sent him back and took the motor and got it tested somewhere else and when I replaced it back my furnace was working again. They try to rip me off so bad. Be aware people.
