I can't say enough good things about Dino! He installed my AC quickly and efficiently, and the price was more than fair—no hidden costs, no hassle, just honest and excellent work. Not only is he incredibly professional and very knowledgable, but his lovely personality made the whole experience stress-free and even enjoyable. He took care of me from the time I first called him and tried to help me troubleshoot my problem over the phone to give me some relief from the heat wave in Cambridge while waiting for the new AC. Ultimately he showed me what was wrong, gave me my options and the corresponding cost, and I ultimately decided to go with a new unit better sized for my home. He checked in as well after the work and made sure everything was going well. (I am cold in my home! 5stars!!!) Dino clearly takes pride in his work and treats his customers with genuine care. If you're looking for someone reliable, skilled, and just an all-around great human, Dino is your guy. Highly recommend!
From start to finish, Dino was beyond excellent. He was incredibly knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem with my AC quickly, and fixed it while making sure all my questions were answered. He had also done a job for me previously with fixing my furnace and I knew right away who to call when my AC broke. Dino was fantastic, my air conditioner had a leak last year and he was honest and gave us the option of adding Freon or replacing the air conditioner. This year the air conditioner died and he came on a weekend to replace it. He was meticulous and ensure we were happy with the install and called back on a hot day to make sure we were happy. I highly recommend him.
Amazing service! I'm glad he is in our area now so we can call whenever we need to. He was very professional and explained everything. He will be there anytime you need him, even on Christmas Day, and won't charge double for holidays. Thanks for fixing our heater today and for some tips of knowledge as well! I appreciate it.

Dino was very thorough with the repair to our gas pool heater. He was quick at troubleshooting the problem was and he did an excellent job fixing it. He was very friendly and followed up with me later on to make sure everything was running after he left. I would highly recommend him and his services!
