I came to this location as I am a local and was blown away how amazing everyone was and very accommodating. However, I just tried to make an appointment and the receptionist was terrible rude and even hung up on me.
Came here on a Friday on my lunch break for a walk-in X-ray. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, they got me set up in their system quickly, and I barely had to wait at all for my x-ray. The place was also comfortable and clean. I was in and out of there in about 7 minutes.
Great experience with ultrasound technician Samira. I joined my daughter for her pregnancy ultrasound and it was so nice because I had also gone to the same place for my 3 pregnancies 21 plus years ago! Samira was lovely and although it was busy, we were seen right away for her scheduled appointment. Highly recommend.
I tried to make an appointment using a referral from my gp with your central booking line, and came into contact with the most unprofessional, and rude person. I was shocked. I strongly do not recommend booking with this clinic, until they learn to train their receptionists, because that is absolutely not how you talk to people. I do not know if it was racially motivated due to my accent, but they rejected making an appointment because of my paperwork (even though all the paperwork was correct as said by my doctors office after they called later for me). The woman was very condescending and should not be answering calls at all, if that’s her usual attitude. She didn’t even let me continue, and hung up on me. Do better. I am very disappointed with how I was treated, even though it was just a standard ultrasound appointment.
I Recommend you pick a different location. Did a ultrasound on my breast in this location. The radiologist told me the lump on my breast is just normal tissue and my breast hurts because of my hormones . I knew she was wrong so I went to St. Joseph's Hospital and they found cancer in my breast. They are poorly not good in diagnosis and testing properly. Don't go to this location please .
I don’t recommend this Imaging Receptionist are very rude!! Doesn’t care about your health!! Very incompetent.. just don’t work ladies that position does not suit on you !!!
been a week and a half, still waiting for my ultrasound on my shoulder in a lot of pain. this isn’t the first time they lost my results either. they lost 2 previous x-rays i had causing me to wait over a month until it was redundant to even have them.
