Repeat patient. A well managed facilty with excellent staff. Today there for an appointment for a comprehensive cardiology test. Had interaction with 4 different staff members, all of whom were efficient and friendly, two characteristics that are often not found together in medical professionals.
I would never recommend this clinic to anyone!!! Ever!!! Had my first appointment in September 2024. I have been experiencing extremely low blood pressure and extreme dizziness since last August of 2024. When I went to the appointment the Dr only checked my blood pressure, there was no other testing done. The Dr was adamant my blood pressure and dizziness was due to dehydration. After leaving my appointment I did everything the Dr told me to do. I went back two weeks later for a follow up and nothing changed at that point. I expressed that to the dr and also expressed I didn’t feel it was dehydration. She got rude with me saying it had to be. Told me if I was still experiencing symptoms to call back for another appointment. Well the dizziness and low blood pressure continued, while in the appointment I was told if my symptoms continued to call back. I reached out to the clinic and was told the Dr would call me. That was November 11th 2024 I reached out and still haven’t heard from this Dr. I once again reached out to the clinic in January and spoke with a manager. She asked me to give her 24 hours and she would call me with an appointment the very next day. It’s now almost March and still haven’t heard anything. To this day I’m still experiencing low blood pressure in the 80’s/ 50’s. This is extremely unprofessional. Clearly the health and safety of their patients isn’t a concern.
The so called Call Centre is totally useless. Will not transfer calls . THEY decide to screen calls!!!! instead of connecting them. The Burlington Centre never answers. Unacceptable.
