They are renovating this space, it looks more and more professional and modern each time I go. Free parking as well! Always clean & well kept. Highly recommend.
Booking the appointment earlier has to be the best choice, I booked mine at 8:30 and I was done in less than half an hour. The receptionist was quick and Mary the tech was nice,humble and helpful. I strongly recommend booking an appointment. PS- this location has no xray option available!
I had such a great experience here. The receptionist and ultra sound tech were so nice. Once I arrived and checked in at the front I only waited a couple minutes before my ultrasound which was super quick.
I had a great experience here, I arrived 10 mins before as directed and was seen right away, my appointment took about 15 minutes as expected. Staff were friendly and professional. No masks available for patients in the waiting area though, so bring your own. Paid parking available right on site, it was free when I went (probably because of the holidays). After seeing the facility and reading the other reviews, it's probably best to avoid this location for pregnancy-related scans if you can.
I found this location to be great, staff were very kind and helpful and even noticed that not all xrays had been reported on previously at a related ultrasound appt, which was a huge help and time saver to be able to correct the error before seeing my doctor for followup. The one thing to note about this location is that they no longer do xrays. They do not have xray equipment anymore, but all other halton locations do.
Front desk staff was professional and kind. The ultrasound technician was also professional and nice. This location is on the first floor and has a shared waiting area with another medical clinic. It was not busy when I went at 3:45pm on a Tuesday. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend this clinic for someone looking for an ultrasound.
BEWARE. NO WONDER their reviews are so poor. Extremely unprofessional staff. I was standing in the queue for 15 mins and eventually got 5 mins over my scheduled appointment time for Ultrasound. I was denied service stating that they would be late for lunch and the staff asked me to rebook one week later despite knowing that my doctor urgently needed the results! AVOID this place by all means
